Tamara was wonderful, helped me through a crisis with my car door lock getting jammed and my car key getting bent. This triggered my anti theft alarm going off and I couldn’t start the car. Was stranded and nearly had to have the car towed, but after several hours I finally got the bent key to turn on the ignition and I was able to depart.

Very Nice clean garden tub room with comfortable king bed. The Tile around garden tub needs to be extended to the entire room as carpet around bed had a moldy odor. Shower had good water pressure and plently of hot water. Location was quiet after 9pm with no noisy truck traffic. The Check out Gal was very nice to talk to and informative about local events. The Toccoa Falls and the college campus was pleasant to visit nearby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was a budget friendly hotel I was pleasantly surprised how clean and large the rooms are. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great. The furnishings and bath fixtures were newer. They allow pets with a fee and were very sweet to our dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

The sweet lady running the front desk at our arrival”Kim” I believe was her name was an absolute delight! She was so incredibly sweet to my family and ensured that we were comfortable and taken care of! Also, we were in walking distance of Puerto Nuevo Restaurant that was amazing! Huge portions, friendly service, and an amazing Paradise Margarita!

First off the customer service here is outstanding, southern hospitality at its finest! This hotel is near just about anything you need to get to in toccoa, specifically for us it was the falls for a wedding and we were the closest ones to it. I thought the breakfast may have been limited but there was still good choices from waffles, cereal, bagels, juice & coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is quiet and the room was clean. The breakfast provides multiple options - grits, cereal, waffles, Bagels, fruit, and juices/milk/coffee. Local food is available within minutes of location. I like that all rooms are accessed from inside the building. Hotel staff is courteous, helpful, and even offered to help me bring in luggage. Of course you’ll hears people in the halls during check in/out times, but it overall it is quiet and the best place to stay when you are in Toccoa.

we attended a wedding at Toccoa falls so this was so convenient for our family traveling out of state. it was within our budget and didn’t break the bank but provided so much. the breakfast was phenomenal! bagels, waffles, muffins, all kinds of cereals, and such. the staff was always so polite and helpful with anything we needed. we would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.
