The staff was excellent. Unfortunately the tv in my room wouldn't connect to the cable so they moved & upgraded me with no extra charge. The rooms & lobby were very clean. The beds are comfortable, shower is great. Looks like the rooms have been upgraded recently so that's a plus.

The hotel has recently been renovated. I stayed in this same room last year, and could see the upgrades. New sink, toilet, shower, flooring, HVAC, and window coverings. I can see that they have put a lot of effort into the remodel. The staff was charming, as usual, and made me feel exceptionally welcome when I arrived on Tuesday evening.

We have been going many years. They are up grading it is very nice. My booking was mixed up but the manager took care of that.

Tamara was wonderful, helped me through a crisis with my car door lock getting jammed and my car key getting bent. This triggered my anti theft alarm going off and I couldn’t start the car. Was stranded and nearly had to have the car towed, but after several hours I finally got the bent key to turn on the ignition and I was able to depart.

The property was newly renovated, and it looks nice! It is in the perfect location to everything in the area!

The room was ADA wheelchair accessible, was very nice, clean, beds were great, staff very helpful and friendly. Really the only place that I would feel safe staying in Toccoa, other places are not nice at all. This place does not rent to locals.

The front desk lady was a plus. She had a great personality and offered a yummy option for dinner. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was well within our budget. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Toccoa!
